Extra Neu Pilsner is a dry hopped version of our beloved Neu Pilsner. In the dry hop, we have carried over the same hop varieties as is used during the late stages of the boil and in the whirlpool - Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh - in the hope of amplifying the characteristics of these fantastic hops; Lemon peel. fresh cut grass, wildflower meadow and leafy greens - all these subtle nuances that we absolutely adore from these noble hops.
