Thrice Great by Bad Seed Brewing

Thrice Great is a very special collab with Alder Beer Co. from Italy & White Labs Copenhagen. This Triple Dry Hopped American DIPA takes inspiration from the early American East Coast IPA producers that paved the way for modern Hazy IPAs. Still bitter and crisp like classic IPA's but with a juicy profile from the use of the unique WLP 4000 Vermont Ale yeast from White Labs! We used Columbus (T90 & Cryo), Mosaic (T90 & Cryo), Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron hops, to make a hop profile the pays homage to those classic IPA's, but with a lot of modern flair! We get loads of stone fruit from the Vermont Ale yeast, paired with grapefruit, pine and dankness from Columbus & Mosaic, and loads of tropical fruit from Nelson & Nectaron. Think nectarine, mango and pinapple, with touches of white grape!
