Vanilla Bourbon Dream by Struise Brouwers

Madagascar fresh Bourbon vanilla beans are superior, with flavour and aromatic qualities that make them one of the most popular and sought-after vanilla varieties in the world. Their profile is rich, dark, and creamy, with an intensely sweet, buttery aroma. We added these fresh vanilla beans at a rate of five pieces per barrel and allowed the beer to age until it reached what we can only describe as the Vanilla Bourbon Dream. A massive Quad from Flanders, aged in Bourbon barrels with fresh Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.
