This intense wild ale was held in an oak foudre for 9 months before it was prepared with fresh wildly sourced Myrica Gale and American hops. The goal was to achieve a distinctive and unique aroma and flavor, drawing on Nordic tradition of using local ingredients combined with a very nice complementary modern hop blend
